Brief Specification Description:***igaoqiao area have problems such as aging circuits and dilapidated and leaking bathrooms due to the long service life of their buildings. This project plans to carry out maintenance on the buildings of the Waigaoqiao Public Security Bureau, Caolu Police Station, Lingqiao Police Station, the Retired Cadres Activity Center (Jinqiao Point), and Jinqiao Courtyard. The main job contents include but are not limited to demolition works, interior decoration works, roofing works, exterior and facade decoration works, installation works, etc. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities/drawings.)
